Creating an Instagram Fundraiser

You can help us generate much needed funds through Instagram Fundraisers so we are able to take kitties in, pay for their care & medical bills, re-home them.
1. First, tap the plus sign on the top right, then tap “Fundraiser” and then type "londoninnercitykitties" to find our Instagram page.
2. Choose a photo to appear as the face of the fundraiser
3. Decide on the goal amount you want to raise.
4. We also suggest adding a message (such as talking about the cats you may have adopted/fostered with us or asking for donations as a birthday gifts).
Here is some information about us that you could use if needed:
"London inner city kitties are volunteer run and operate using a foster carer network. Volunteers chip in for admin costs and they put 100% of donations directly towards medical bills."

Instagram doesn't have any commission or transaction fees, so we get all of the donation. And as per our spend policy, 100% donations goes towards medical bills.

This post really brought back memories of when my local animal shelter was trying to raise funds for emergency vet bills last year. They weren't very tech-savvy, so a few of us stepped in to help them set up an Instagram fundraiser.
